If I cancelled my professional plan will the powerups still function?

Yes, we provide a script for you to copy and paste in the custom code settings. For as long as the script remains your powerup will function as intended.

Can I use TooEasy products for client projects?

Yes, you can. Our entire library of products and resources was built for professional Webflow developers who want to optimise their workflow so they can deliver projects to their clients sooner, and with less effort.

What do you mean by lifetime access?

This means you can make a one-time payment to have access to a PowerUp for one designated Webflow project, without any recurring fees.

It's important to note that when we refer to ‘lifetime’ we are talking about the lifetime of the PowerUp, not your lifetime or your website's lifetime. This means that for as long as the PowerUp is made available by TooEasy, you will have access to it.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee access indefinitely because, as with any technology, there may be circumstances where a PowerUp becomes obsolete, unsupported or incompatible with Webflow or modern web standards. If we make the decision to retire a PowerUp, we'll do our best to give you a heads up before it happens.

Can I transfer a PowerUp licence between projects?

PowerUp licences must be purchased per project. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer licences between Webflow projects. If you need to use a PowerUp on a new project, you'll need to purchase a new licence.

Billing

Can I change my billing details?

Yes, please login to your account to update your billing information. We use Stripe to securely manage all our billing and payments.

Can you supply an invoice?

Yes, you can access past invoices by logging into your account. You should also be emailed an invoice upon payment.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime by logging into your account and clicking on Manage Plan. You will have access to your paid subscription until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer free trials?

We provide some components for free, so you can try select components before you buy. If you want access to our full library, you'll need to purchase a subscription.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds on digital goods if you change your mind, or didn't read the terms or product description before purchase, so please choose carefully. If a product you've purchased isn't functioning as expected, please contact us so we can troubleshoot the issue.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you'll lose access to all Products included in your subscription once your subscription period ends. Any components or pages you've copied will still work.

How can I get support?

You can access support by emailing support@tooeasy.dev. Please ensure you have properly read/watched our supporting documentation before you get in touch. If you detect any issues or faults with our products please send us as much supporting information as possible, including screenshots (if they're relevant) so we can provide help as soon as possible.

Do I need to know how to use Webflow to use TooEasy?

Yes, while our products and resources can help to streamline your Webflow build, you'll need a good foundational understanding of how Webflow works in order to understand our support documentation. You can visit Webflow University to learn more about how to use Webflow.
